- Location: This traditional 300 year old Welsh farm house has been recently and luxuriously renovated and extended to an exactingly high standard, retaining many original features including a spectacular inglenook fireplace, with a new wood burning stove. Church Cottage is situated in a secluded valley complete with babbling stream 'off the beaten track', set amidst the rolling Pembrokeshire countryside with with glorious panoramic country views of north Pembrokeshire but still within easy reach of the coast and the many local amenities. Church Cottage is the ideal place for a family holiday or retreat from the bustle of everyday life.
- Locality: Approximately ten minuets drive from the coast, close to the historic fishing town of Fishguard and some 16 miles from the Cathedral City of St. Davids. The beautiful beaches of Pembrokeshire are also within a short distance (3 miles) and the cottage itself is set in 14 acres of picturesque farmland, close to the historic church of St. Justinian and a neolithic settlement this unspoilt area of Pembrokeshire is just waiting for you to explore on foot, by bike or by car!
- Living Room: Open plan living area tastefully decorated with a tiled floor, heavily beamed ceiling, comfortably finished with leather three piece suite flat screen TV, Freeview, DVD player, CD/Cassette/radio Stereo system, complete with duel-fuel (wood & coal) stove.
- Dinning Room: Contemporary dinning room with 10 seater wooden dining table and original artworks.
- Kitchen: Fully equipped with 4 ring gas hob and fan assisted oven, grill, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, iron, ironing board and a full set of crockery, cutlery and glass.
- Bedrooms, 5 :
Bedroom 1: First floor, 1 King Size Double Bed Full size wardrobe and 2 comfy leather chairs, en-suite.
Bedroom 2; ground floor, One double: (4'6” x 6'3”) bed, 3 drawer chest and full height wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: twin room with single beds (3' x 6'3”) dressing table, full size wardrobe, en-suite
Bedroom 4: twin room with two single (3' x 6'3”) beds, chest of draws and full length wardrobe.
Bedroom 5: twin room with two single (3' x 6'3”) beds, adjacent disabled wet room.

Bathroom 1: Toilet, Jacuzzi Bath with Shower hand basin en suite

All have fully tiled floors and bath/shower areas, under floor heating and heated towel rails. The master bedroom bathroom and wet-room have mira electric showers. All other hot water is from the solar/ground source heating system which is topped up by immersion heating if necessary. All bathrooms have shaving mirrors and electric shaving points. All baths are whirlpool baths.
- Externally: Church cottage benefits form a patio area to the rear of the property together with a BBQ area and ample parking at the front of the cottage. In addition the cottage is set in it's own land, close to a stream and duckpond. There are terraces at the front and back of the cottage with seating/tables.
- Parking: Sufficient for 4-5 cars.
- Cot And High Chair: provided upon request, free of charge, please bring your own cot linens.

- Pets: This cottage accepts unto 4 pets without extra charge.
- I regret no smoking within the building guests are welcome to smoke on the patio.

- Nearest food shop: Approx 3 miles.
- Nearest public transport: Approx half a mile (bus) train 3 miles, ferry 3 miles, airport (light aircraft only) 12 miles (Haverfordwest).
- Facilities: Newly renovated and furnished with a range of modern appliances created to be a truly luxurious 'home away from home' Church Cottage is equipped with ground source underfloor heating and air handling system making the cottage warm and dry whatever the weather and solar heating tops up the hot water, making it an ideal retreat all year round, all supplemented by electricity if needed.
For those that have bikes, boards, or other equipment there is ample storage. Perfect for a family holiday or quiet retreat.
There is both a washer and dryer at the cottage.
There is a trampoline and stream in the garden, and a pond near by. Children must be supervised at all times.
Guests may bring their own laptop and use the cottage's wi-fi system.
