stately home in the same ownership). Set on the edge of the village
of Llanychaer in the ancient woodland of the Gwaun valley some 2.5 miles
inland of Fishguard and the Pembrokeshire Coast. Immediate access to
the woodland and river walks of the Gwaun valley.

furnished, lodge house accommodating four + cot in two en-suite bedrooms.
There are many details of real character in this cottage including a
spectacular inglenook fireplace, and original art works.

by a spectacular inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove, Comfortably
furnished with two seater settee and two easy chairs, TV., DVD., CD
player/radio.
- Kitchen area: Fully equipped with full size 4 ring
gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge (freezer compartment),
dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board and a full set of crockery,
cutlery and glass. Dinning table seating four.
- Bedrooms: Two both en-suite: one gallery double (4ft
6 ins” x 6ft 3ins bed), clothes storage, high pitched ceilings
with en-suite bathroom. One twin (two 3ft x 6ft 3ins beds) beamed ceiling,
clothes storage with en-suite shower room.
- Shower room : One: en-suite to the twin room, wet
room, beautifully tiled in Travertine limestone, pressurised shower,
W.C. wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
- Bathroom: One: en-suite to the double room, Bath,
W.C. wash hand basin, heated towel rail and panelled dado.
- Externally:A small patio with disposable barbecue
stand and immediate access to the ancient wood land of the Gwaun valley.
